About Roy
John Roy Diamante, known as Roy, is the founder and CEO of AMZ Training Camp. With a degree in BS Mathematics from the University of the Philippines Baguio, Roy began his career in the Amazon industry as a Product Researcher in 2020. By 2021, he advanced to an Account Manager role, utilizing data-driven strategies to optimize Amazon business success. In 2022, he established AMZ Training Camp to empower Filipino Virtual Assistants to build thriving careers in the Amazon industry.
Beyond his professional achievements, Roy is a proud “probinsiyano” from Ilocos Norte, combining his love for numbers and problem-solving with a passion for teaching and empowering others.
